Plain rules for using Armory360 and this website.

Using Armory360
Armory360 is a personal record-keeping app for firearm owners. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs apps from the App Store.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Armory360.
Not legal advice
Nothing in the app or on this site is legal advice. Firearm, transport, storage and carry laws differ by country, state and city and change over time. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
Digital documents
A digital copy of an ID, permit or other document stored in Armory360 may not be accepted as official. Carry the physical document wherever the law requires it.
Armory360 is not a government-issued credential, and showing a permit on screen doesn’t replace the original.
Your data is your responsibility
Your data lives only on your device. We can’t recover it and we can’t reset your PIN. Keep regular backups and remember the PIN each backup was made with. We aren’t liable for data lost through a forgotten PIN, a lost or damaged device, or a missing backup.
Accuracy
Round counts, maintenance targets, cost-per-round figures, shot-timer times and target scores are calculated from what you enter and what the device measures. They’re tools to help you keep records, not guarantees. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidance and safe firearm handling practices, and don’t rely on the app to decide whether a firearm is safe to use.
Purchases
Paid features are one-time in-app purchases made through Apple. Apple handles billing and refunds under its own policies.
Acceptable use
Use Armory360 only for lawful purposes. Don’t reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law allows.
No warranty
The app and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
